Join the largest independent full-line authorized provider of the industry’s top-three manufacturers for copier, printer, and multi-function product (MFP) technology as an Inside Sales/ Sales Administrator!

As an Inside Sales/Sales Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing pricing information, gathering customer data, lead generation, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating effective communication between departments. This role will also handle administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, processing orders, greeting any walk-in visitors who are interested in equipment, as well as opening and closing the office.

This position is 100% in-person, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm in our Niles, Ohio office.

This position is hourly commission.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Management:

o Maintain accurate pricing information for products/services.

o Coordinate with sales team and management to update pricing as needed.

o Prepare and distribute price quotes and proposals to customers.

  • Information Gathering:

o Collect and analyze customer and market information.

o Research competitors and industry trends to support sales strategies.

o Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales activities, and data analysis.

  • Customer Service:

o Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests for pricing and product information.

o Address customer concerns and issues with professionalism and efficiency.

o Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Sales Support:

o Assist sales team with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., scheduling meetings, preparing reports, processing orders).

o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product launches.

o Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or customer inquiries.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

o Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

o Generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

o Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and achievements.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales administration or inside sales.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
