Ford Office Technologies, a "Top Places to Work Pittsburgh 2024" Company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team! As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing materials for production and client distribution. This is a Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm shift in our Connellsville headquarters’ warehouse.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Purchasing materials
- Material handling
- Filling orders
- Packaging
- Data entry
- Preferred: a high school diploma or Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is often preferred
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay on top of inventory.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy in tracking and managing materials.
- Communication skills: Strong ability to communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Problem-solving abilities: Resolving material shortages, delays, or discrepancies in records.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with material management software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Supply chain knowledge: Understanding of logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes.
