Join the area’s largest independent full-line authorized provider of the industry’s top three manufacturers for copier, printer, and multi-function product (MFP) technology as a Sales Manager located in Connellsville, PA. This is a Hybrid position in office and field. Monday through Friday, 8 am- 5pm.

The Connellsville Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a sales team to achieve established targets and objectives.
Team Leadership
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and conducting regular team meetings.
Sales Strategy
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Involving market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities.
Target Achievement
Set and track sales targets for the team and individual team members. Work towards meeting or exceeding these targets.
Training and Development
Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Budget Management
Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to achieve optimal results.
Sales Reporting
Generate regular reports on sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
Collaboration
Collaborate with other departments.
Market Analysis
Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Recruitment
Assist HR Department with recruiting new sales team members.
Performance Evaluation
Conduct performance assessments for sales team members, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
Compliance
Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements :
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Four or more years of sales experience.
Excellent communications skills.
Positive team player.
Ability to meet established deadlines.
Two or more years with direct supervisory responsibilities for other team members.
Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
