Food Runner
Ford's Fish Shack is seeking Food Runners who have a passion for outstanding food and drink and providing the best in service. Food Runner Responsibilities :
- The main responsibility for this position is to deliver food to guests in a friendly, professional & knowledgeable manner.
- Knowledge of all menu items and garnishes.
- Deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front of house staff.
- Handle to-go orders, ensure all items, sauces, and utensils are in the bag.
- Complete all opening and closing duties including but not limited to; clean, organize service / side work area and restock the expo supplies before and at the end of the shift.
- Sweep and mop expo area.
- Maintain all food and beverages and ensure compliance with all safety practices and regulations.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
