Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position involves overseeing the reception and retail sales area, assisting company employees, customers, visitors, and vendors, and providing general administrative support. You'll manage phone systems, handle retail product sales, and assist with various office tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain the reception area and conference rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, updating extensions, and troubleshooting issues.
- Greet and assist in-house customers, providing insect identification and retail product recommendations.
- Manage retail pest control product sales.
- Assist with meeting preparations, including scheduling and setting up conference rooms.
- Perform general administrative duties such as email correspondence, filing, and cash register reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the President on scheduling and project updates.
