We are a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for success in high-profile cases, headquartered in downtown Long Beach, California. With a number of offices across California and Nevada, we are excited to invite an exceptional Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manager to join our team of over 200 employees as we continue to expand. This role represents a unique opportunity to staff our law firm that is in a constant state of growth. You will be joining a dynamic management team eager to support your efforts in growing the firm by way of attracting, onboarding and retaining top talent.
Requirements:
- Proven skills recruiting star talent with a high rate of retention.
- Two or more years of experience in recruiting and onboarding, preferably in a competitive market (legal space is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of hiring best practices and employment laws.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to build team alignment and uphold workflow processes.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines while coordinating with relevant teams throughout the entire hiring and onboarding process.
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (ATS) including ADP Workforce Now and recruitment platforms including, but not exclusive to LinkedIn Recruiting.
- Commitment to professionalism, diversity, equity, and inclusion in sourcing optimal candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Aggressively source, thoughtfully screen, and consistently coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team
- Make verbal offers to candidates as authorized on behalf of the firm.
- Manage all aspects of the onboarding process to ensure new hires experience a successful integration into the firm.
- Manage hiring pipelines and oversee the onboarding process from start to finish.
- Attend job fairs to source talent and enhance the firm's visibility to the market.
- Report directly to the Marketing Director and oversee the Recruitment Specialist, providing regular progress updates and assisting all team members’ adherence to hiring protocols.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 Annual Salary
