Ford Model E is responsible for developing the key technologies and capabilities - such as EV platforms, batteries, e-motors, inverters, charging and recycling - to create ground-up, breakthrough electric vehicles. - 5 years of recruiting experience and value how recruiting can influence the inclusion

- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting
- Proficiency with handling hard to close candidates in a competitive market
- Experience or exposure to recruiting in global markets
