- Lead Risk-Based Audits - Execute audit plans that provide independent assurance on internal controls, risk management, and governance.
- Manage & Mentor a Team - Guide auditors through engagements, ensuring high-quality work that aligns with company standards and deadlines.
- Drive Team Development - Recruit, train, and support the professional growth of audit team members.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance - Review audit workpapers to confirm findings are well-supported and recommendations are actionable.
- Communicate Insights & Solutions - Present key audit findings, recommendations, and risk assessments to senior management.
- Build Strong Partnerships - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and audit partners to drive continuous improvement in processes and controls.
