Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment. The supervisor will oversee maintenance schedules, coordinate manpower and materials, and conduct root cause analysis to prevent downtime.
Duties:
- Maintenance Coordination: Supervise preventive maintenance schedules, predictive inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Manpower Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule manpower and materials to meet maintenance requirements, minimizing downtime.
- RCA Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis of downtime issues to prevent recurrence.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Teams: Work with Maintenance Engineers/Planners to launch new programs or equipment, optimize floor layouts, and develop standardized PM programs from FMEAs.
- Maintenance Execution: Execute prioritized daily maintenance activities, obtaining full utilization of the workforce while optimizing available opportunities.
- Data Management: Use Maximo for Maintenance (MFM) to document all maintenance activities; provide quality assurance of MFM inputs to enable in-depth data analysis.
