What you'll do...
- Interact with all vehicle systems from the component level to fully integrated in vehicle
- Manage pre-production vehicle builds from end to end
- Determine fit-for-test criteria, and develop and coordinate test scheduling / allocation for prototype
- Organize new program launch activities & track key program metrics
- Manage program dashboard - make live reporting of status & issues possible through collaboration with team leaders and automating program management tools
- Identify major program issues and help needed, and take action to resolve them
- Manage and maintain program sharing sites & program communications
- Organize product reviews
- Resolve cross-functional cost, quality and timing conflicts and drive consensus
