In this position...
As the Senior Process and Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for managing 4 key pillars of excellence for the FCSD purchasing organization : systems, compliance, people development, and process standardization. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning the elements in the 4 key pillars to ensure they are structured and aligned to meet the business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to optimize processes, and ensure compliance to our standards.
Responsibilities
What you'll do...
- Process Design and Optimization :
Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Identification of team skills gap
Work closely with various departments, including marketing and sales organizations, supply chain, & finance to ensure process improvements align with company objectives and business needs.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows and training materials.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
