Responsibilities
What you'll do
Act as the Liaison : Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams and manufacturing stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful software integration into manufacturing processes.
Stakeholder Management : Engage with internal and external stakeholders such as manufacturing engineers, plant managers, IT departments, and enterprise architects.
Program Planning and Execution : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development programs for manufacturing systems. Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
Process Improvement : Drive initiatives toward Software-Defined Manufacturing by enhancing feedback loops. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years in program or project management roles.
- 8 years in systems engineering within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to deliver complex products from concept to production.
