Fordham Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization.
- Monitor nursing employee’s adherence to facility policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided
- Ensures that resident/patients' rights are maintained.
- Monitors and reviews documentations on new admissions making certain that their needs are met

Qualifications
- Proven management and supervisory experience in nursing administration

- In-depth understanding of nursing practices, medical terminology, and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Effective communication abilities for interacting with staff, patients, and families
- Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, and acute care settings
- Familiarity with Medicare and resident's rights
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
