Our Mission
Fordland Clinic is a non-profit community health center. Our goal is to provide the same access to quality healthcare for everyone, no matter their income or insurance. We accept most private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. The clinic also has a sliding fee scale based on income for patients who are uninsured or underinsured. Fordland Clinic's Vision is to serve as a model of quality, affordable healthcare by offering comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, prevention and wellness services to all.
Education/Experience
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school
- Current State of Missouri license
- At least one (1) year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner

Work hours: full-time, salary position. Fordland location is open Monday - Friday from 8am - 6pm and Saturdays 8am - 4pm, most of our full-time providers work 4-day work weeks. Travel between clinic sites required and out of town events or trainings maybe required.
