- Coordinate team management tasks, including scheduling meetings, delegating responsibilities, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain accurate records and manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Develop and manage budgets for office supplies and operational expenses while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Handle vendor management by establishing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts as needed.
- Implement efficient phone systems to enhance communication within the office.
- Support medical office management functions if applicable, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
