Responsibilities
- Backend Development : Design, implement, and optimize backend systems at scale.
- Infrastructure & Deployment : Set up servers, cloud resources, and projects from scratch, ensuring scalability and cost efficiency.
- Production Reliability : Monitor and respond to production issues, proactively improving system resilience.
- Optimization & Performance Tuning : Reduce cloud and compute costs by optimizing resources.
- Technical Flexibility : Adapt to different project needs, integrating new technologies as required.
- Collaboration : Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure robust backend solutions.

Location & Work Environment
We are hiring for fully remote or hybrid work in the Bay Area, based on applicant preference.
Both will collaborate in person with our team at quarterly on-sites in Los Angeles (travel provided).
