Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician, located in Ocoee, FL. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks. Daily tasks include maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, ensuring the proper functioning of all mechanical systems, and addressing any immediate maintenance needs that arise.

Qualifications
- Skills in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Industrial Maintenance
- Experience in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in apartment community maintenance is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- EPA Universal Required
- CPO Preferred
