What You’ll Do:
- Assist the marketing team with proposals, qualifications, and presentations for business pursuits.
- Perform market research and data analysis to support marketing strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, gaining exposure to business development efforts.
- Support content creation, including writing, editing, and formatting marketing materials.
- Help with database management and organization of marketing assets.
- Work on special projects and assignments to support marketing initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support such as preparing reports, coordinating schedules, and handling routine inquiries.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related undergraduate/graduate program
What We Prefer:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- MS Office Suite: PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Interest in architecture, engineering, and professional services marketing
