Full Time 32-40hrs / wk; Monday-Friday; 7am start (end time varies); work 4-5 days / wk
Summary
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for the patient check-in process, updating computer patient personal information and insurance information, handling a multi-line phone system, medical records filing and maintenance, and collection of co-pays and cash payments.
