Key Responsibilities
- Program Strategy & Development
- Design and refine programs addressing spouse needs (immigration, career, finance, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise sub-positions (Immigration Support Coordinator, Career Support Coordinator, Education Support Coordinator, Finance Support Coordinator, Resource Guide Manager, Events Coordinator).
- Provide training and feedback, maintaining consistency and quality across programs.
- Monitoring & Evaluation
- Establish KPIs to measure program success (e.g., number of spouses assisted, credential recognitions).
- Collect participant feedback to improve offerings.
- Budget & Resource Allocation
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring responsible use of funds.
- Identify resource gaps and propose solutions to the Executive Director.
- External Partnerships
- Partner with nonprofits, agencies, or experts to expand program capacity.
- Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships & Fundraising to align funding with program priorities.
- Experience in program management, social services, or community development.
- Skills Strong organizational and people skills.
- Knowledge Familiarity with military spouse and immigrant integration challenges.
