Position Overview:
A mid-sized, downtown Miami law firm is seeking a highly motivated Personal Injury Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join its dynamic litigation team. In this role, you will assist in all aspects of litigation, providing significant direct client interaction, collaborating closely with attorneys and staff, and delegating tasks to support personnel.

Role Description:
This full-time Associate Attorney position involves a broad range of responsibilities, including providing legal counsel, conducting thorough legal research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and managing various civil litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients in the personal injury litigation field
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Handle negotiations on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with the litigation team, delegating tasks to support staff
- Manage a caseload with attention to detail and strategic direction
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in the Florida Bar (additional bar admissions are a plus)
- 2-5 years of litigation experience preferred (recent law school graduates will be considered)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Confident and self-assured with the ability to handle client-facing responsibilities
- Strong interest in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also capable of working independently
- Creative problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
- Strong leadership skills with an action-oriented mindset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
