Are you an experienced leader with a passion for managing university partnerships? We’re looking for a VP of Client Services to oversee and grow our portfolio of colleges and universities, ensuring the success of existing programs while driving expansion.
About the Role
As VP of Client Services, you will manage 3-5 university partnerships , working closely with key decision-makers—presidents, provosts, deans, faculty, and administrators. Your mission : ensure successful program launches, drive enrollment growth, and expand partnerships with new degree programs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and strengthen relationships with university partners
Drive new program launches, with a goal of adding 1-2 degree programs per quarter
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, implementation) to meet enrollment targets
Manage program performance, ensuring profitability and growth
Develop strategies to enhance partnerships and create value-added services
What We’re Looking For
- 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships—preferably in higher education or complex institutional environments
- Proven success in managing and growing client relationships
- Strong understanding of U.S. higher education trends and business development principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
