">Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategic plans that align with the business strategy. ">
- Lead daily direction setting and score process to ensure delivery of employee safety, food safety, and quality, customer service, production schedules, and cost efficiency. ">
- Champion safety and take a leadership role in safety incidents, root cause analysis, and improvement activities. ">
- Collaborate with the plant management team to drive sustainable improvements in overall manufacturing performance. ">
- Ensure all manufacturing-related activities align with company policies and procedures. ">
- Manage the facility and continuously evaluate its effectiveness. ">
This role is accountable for ensuring the implementation of control points and required documentation completion. Examples include Critical Control Points (CCP), Preventive Controls(PC), Critical Quality Points(CQP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points(HACCP), and Safe Quality Food(SQF) plans.

- Bachelor's degree in dairy manufacturing, operations management or related field of study preferred. ">
- Minimum 5-10 years of job-related experience in a manufacturing environment. ">
Work Environment:
