Title: School Transportation DRIVER SUBCONTRACTOR
Location: Lynchburg, VA
At ForePointA2B our mission is to SERVE special needs children and their families by providing a safe, comfortable, and reliable alternative for school transportation.
We are looking for candidates who love working with children and love to drive!
The Driver Subcontractor is responsible for providing our students with transportation to and from school using their own vehicle. They must possess patience and skills to always handle the young passengers with respect and professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
Once accepted and documented, drivers will be assigned one or more routes to be serviced. Said route(s) will have a consistent schedule on a weekly basis.
Opportunity Highlights:
· Yearly contract (As a 1099 contractor)
· Pay: from $320 up to $890 weekly!
(NOTE: The rate is based on route availability, as well as distance & driver performance.)
· Work between 2 and 6 hours a day from Monday to Friday
· Drive your own vehicle.
Main Requirements:
· Valid and current Driver's License (in the state in which position is located.)
· Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
· Up to date vehicle registration (in the state in which position is located.)
· Personal vehicle insurance
· Clean driving record
· Must Take and Pass an online course
· At least twenty-one (21) Years old
· Flexible to work with short notice at times.
· Reside in the designated area
· Legally eligible to work in the state in which position is located.
· Must take care of documentation expenses. (All qualified applicants will be reimbursed)
Required Equipment:
· Must provide a smartphone
· Must provide a 4 Door vehicle (2014 or newer)

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students to and from school in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and parents during transportation.
- Utilize shuttle driving skills to navigate various routes efficiently.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure its proper functioning.
- Communicate effectively with area manager and dispatch regarding any transportation-related issues.

Pay: $320.00 - $890.00 per week
