At ForePointA2B, our mission is to SERVE special needs children and their families by providing a safe, comfortable, and reliable alternative to school transportation. We’re seeking dedicated drivers who are committed to delivering a high quality service and enjoy working with children.
As a Driver Subcontractor, you will be responsible for transporting students to and from school using your own vehicle. This is a crucial role with significant responsibility, and you’ll be expected to commit to a consistent route for the school year.

- Work 2 to 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

- Yearly contract as a 1099 subcontractor.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong commitment to working with children.
- Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
- Able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Your own (or Lease) a 4-door vehicle (2015 or newer) with valid registration and insurance.
- Willingness to complete an online training course.
- Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
- All documents must be issued in the state where you will be performing services.

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students to and from school in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and parents during transportation.
- Utilize shuttle driving skills to navigate various routes efficiently.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure its proper functioning.
- Communicate effectively with area manager and dispatch regarding any transportation-related issues.
