`Duties`
- Perform restoration and cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to emergency situations such as water damage, fire damage, and mold infestations
- Conduct assessments and inspections to determine the extent of damage and necessary restoration procedures
- Remove debris, damaged materials, and hazardous substances from affected areas
- Utilize power tools and equipment to restore and repair structures, including carpentry work
- Conduct asbestos abatement and mold remediation as needed
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent further damage or health hazards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of restoration projects
`Experience`
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of restoration techniques and procedures, including carpet cleaning, fire restoration, and water damage restoration
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in restoration work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
