Description
Compiles data, creates and updates contracts and prepares invoices and bills for current Premise Based Customer as well as Hosted Customers
Requirements
Reads computer files or gathers records such as purchase orders, sales tickets, and charge slips, to compile needed data.
Entering of customer contract details within Forerunners billing system based on Sales Opportunities that come from Sales Force
Obtain knowledge of the terms and conditions within Forerunners Master Service Agreement (MSA) and know and understand the entitlements provided to our customers
Prepare Maintenance Pricing and Costing by utilizing Forerunners current quoting pricing tool
Prepare and Execute Maintenance Agreements for Forerunner Technologies
Prepares invoices, listing items sold, amounts due, credit terms, and dates of shipment
Prepares credit memorandums to indicate adjusted or incorrectly billed hosted services
Posts transactions to accounting records such as work sheet, ledger, or computer files
Show the ability to resolve any billing disputes by knowing and understanding the entitlements covered within the signed quote/proposal provided
Have the ability to prepare contract amendments, when necessary, which will include working with the customers on negotiating and updating terms on the renewals.
Education And/or Experience
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree; or 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
