Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Rochester branch with a focus on excellence and efficiency.
• Cultivate strong relationships with current and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Drive deposit growth in Rochester to achieve sustainable funding for loans, contributing to the branch’s financial success.
• Collaborate with other managers to conduct thorough and constructive employee reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee and streamline the processing of checks, deposits, loan payments, and other teller transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for customers who walk in, drive-up, or contact us by telephone or e-mail.
• Provide expert guidance to customers about bank products and services, enhancing their banking experience.
• Maintain the Rochester branch facility to the highest standards, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Act as an ambassador for Foresight Bank in the Rochester community, building the bank’s reputation and presence.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, safeguarding the bank’s integrity and trustworthiness.
• Uphold and enforce operating policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and reliability in all operations.
• Contribute actively as a member of the Human Resources Committee, shaping the bank’s HR strategies and initiatives.
• Commit to continuous learning by following the training plan and completing assignments promptly, staying ahead in the industry.
• Support the Deposits Team in empowering customers to make informed decisions regarding their checking, savings, money market, certificate of deposit, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), and health savings accounts (HSAs).
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank for additional products and services, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
• Develop and deliver training materials, equipping staff with the knowledge and skills needed for operational excellence and efficiency.

• Handle corrective action of employees in accordance with bank policy
