Position Summary:
The Treasury Management Support Specialist is responsible for partnering with the Treasury Management Officers and Bankers in delivering Treasury Management and Card services to customers, ensuring compliance and efficient processes. Also serves as the organizational manager and SME relative to Municipal account relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Treasury Management Officers and Bankers with documentation of customer agreements for merchant, treasury services and commercial card.
- Responsible for sales annual treasury review process.
- Assist in the creation of the client annual treasury review document, including looking at the systems and designing an efficient process to pull the information that will be included in the presentation.
- Create the sales annual treasury review document for TMO to provide to customers.
- Pull data and assemble the package
- Analyze and make initial recommendations to the Treasury Management Officer (and banker) inclusive of product gaps, service changes, structure changes, interest rate changes
- Act as the project manager for all commercial fraud disputes
- Work with TMO and Client Service Coordinators (CSC) to provide appropriate documentation to customers during a fraud event
- Be the go between E-Banking (who follows up on fraud disputes) and the CSC and TMO
- Be available as backup for commercial client online training in the event that the Treasury Management Officer needs assistance
- Work with Client Service Coordinator Lead to assist in education for Client Service Coordinators related to Merchant Services, Treasury Services (Fixem) and Procurement Card
- Be available as a backup resource to Client Service Coordinators for complex services issues
- Be available for small business bundle sales.
- Maintains regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Business-Related Field or HS Diploma/equivalent and applicable work experience required. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Treasury Management or Commercial Procurement Card preferred. Knowledge of banking regulations and internal controls management products and services. Understanding of ancillary products; Internet Banking, Voice Response, etc. Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regionally, as needed.
