Position Summary:
The Imaging QA Specialist is responsible for providing timely processing of documentation received for Document Imaging upload/scanning and ensuring that exceptional support is provided to staff regarding the management of documentation and imaging.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Upload of loan and deposit documents; as well as indexing and QC of images in AccuSystems.
- Identify high-priority documentation and upload within appropriate timeframes.
- Complete searches in AccuSystems for unmapped docs to correctly file documents and working in conjunction with BASE for corrections in mapping.
- Complete searches for e-signed documents that should not be housed in AccuSystems and delete accordingly.
- Identify and manage AccuSystems clean-up of duplicate accounts, TIN changes, name changes, deceased customers, primary owner changes, etc.
- Scanning Signature Cards and IDs into Synergy for viewing in Xperience and Vertex Teller.
- Pull loan documents for upload from SharePoint folders when loan has closed.
- Provide backup to other Deposit and Loan Shared Services departments as needed.
- Assist with corporate and departmental projects as assigned.
- Assist with gathering and reviewing related audit documentation, copies and reports as requested.
- Assist in identifying possible efficiencies in process and communicating with the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer records and personal information.
- Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, FACT ACT, Community Reinvestment Act, and EEO/AA/Fair Employment Practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year of banking experience. Scanning/Imaging, AccuSystems, and Jack Henry knowledge preferred. Knowledge of related banking regulations desired.
