Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching group exercise, Zumba, Dance Cardio and/or Line Dancing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Line Dance Choreography to a list of provided songs.
- Provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Foster a supportive atmopshere that encourages fun, creativity, confidence, and self-expression among students.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment conducive to learning.
Skills
- Knowledge of how to teach a group dance class, specifically Line Dancing.
- Comfort, experience, and or knowledge working with Seniors.
- Ability to develop engaging classes appropriate for demographic and cater to diverse needs.
- Skills in teaching students in large or in small groups
