We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team to teach a Senior Group Fitness class Tuesdays, 10:15-11:15am. Duties
- Conduct engaging fitness classes tailored to different skill levels.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols to ensure effective workouts.
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them stay motivated.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring all equipment is safe for use.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and methodologies to enhance class offerings.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer is preferred.
- Knowledge of human physiology and exercise science is essential for creating effective workout plans.
- Certifications in relevant fitness disciplines (e.g., yoga, CrossFit, kickboxing) are highly desirable.
