What We're Looking For :

We're looking for a knowledgeable Systems Administrator who is passionate about technology and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. With a strong technical foundation and a proactive, solutions-driven approach, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive reliable, high-quality IT support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Providing remote helpdesk and onsite support to our clients in the Greater Sacramento area.
  • Microsoft 365 application troubleshooting and support.
  • Performing Active Directory administration, including user provisioning, password resets, and group policy management.
  • Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VLANs, VPNs, firewall settings).
  • Staging, deploying, and relocating workstations – Mac and PC.
  • Installing printers, time clocks, and various peripherals.
  • Configuring, installing, and relocating network equipment such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Assisting with IT assessments for new and existing customers, including documentation.
  • Maintaining timely, accurate notes on the status of issues in the ticketing system and closing each work order as it is completed.

Requirements :

3 years of experience with :

  • Providing help desk and / or onsite IT support services in an MSP environment.
  • Diagnosing / resolving network issues, including ping testing, IP configuration, and understanding network topology.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows 10 (and up)
  • Supporting Mac environments
  • Managing Microsoft Server OS (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, etc.)
  • Azure / Office 365 administration (user provisioning, licensing, security settings)
  • Active Directory administration
  • CompTIA A or Network certification (vendor certifications a plus)
  • Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend work
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Physical Demand :

  • Ability to climb an 8-foot ladder safely and confidently.
  • Ability to lift 20-50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in tight spaces such as beneath desks, server rooms, and equipment racks.

  • Note : This is a full-time position based in Sacramento and surrounding areas. Candidates will be subject to a background check and a 90-day probationary period.
