What We're Looking For :
We're looking for a knowledgeable Systems Administrator who is passionate about technology and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. With a strong technical foundation and a proactive, solutions-driven approach, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive reliable, high-quality IT support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Providing remote helpdesk and onsite support to our clients in the Greater Sacramento area.
- Microsoft 365 application troubleshooting and support.
- Performing Active Directory administration, including user provisioning, password resets, and group policy management.
- Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VLANs, VPNs, firewall settings).
- Staging, deploying, and relocating workstations – Mac and PC.
- Installing printers, time clocks, and various peripherals.
- Configuring, installing, and relocating network equipment such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Assisting with IT assessments for new and existing customers, including documentation.
- Maintaining timely, accurate notes on the status of issues in the ticketing system and closing each work order as it is completed.
