FRI's services include, but is not limited to, outdoor entertainment spaces, custom decks, bathrooms, basements, porches, staircases and banisters, demos, complete structural enhancements, storefront installments, alluminum doorway entrances, and glazing.

Responsibilities:
- Provide potential clients with excellent customer service and communication
- Calculate, develop, and prepare detailed proposals for estimates
- Establish cost monitoring and procedure reporting, keeping estimates up to date
- Effectively factor take offs
- Plan job details
- Collaborate and coordinate with engineers, architects, and Foresight Renovations Inc oversight
- Reliable to work when scheduled
- US Work Authorization
- Estimator’s Associates Degree, Certificate, or Similar Training
- Proficient with Estimating Software (PlanSwift, Bolster, RedTeam, etc.)
- Reliable Source of Transportation
- Complete Drug Test & Background Check. (If failed, must provide explanation)
- Minimum of 3-years Experience
- Team Player & Teachable
- Effecitvely Read Blueprints
- Detail-Oriented
- Provide 2 References
