Hourly Pay Range $30.00 - $37.50 per hour, depending on experience

Foresight Security Consulting is looking for experienced and driven candidates to fill multiple Residential and Executive Protection openings within our expanding company. Successful candidates will be those who have exceptional observational skills, pay close attention to detail and possesses the disciplined ability to work alone and to quickly pivot to team collaboration, ensuring client satisfaction. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to responding to emergency events, medical & non-medical issues, incident detection, observation, physical security, and handling client requests in a timely manner.

Job Description:

• Ensure the overall safety and security of the Principal and their properties.
• Monitor multiple security systems i.e., Alarms and Camera systems.
• Provide concierge, customer serviced based residential security services. 
• Accompany the Principal and provide close protection for public events.  
• Control access of the Principal’s properties and keep a maintenance log of all visitors and vendors.
• Transport Principal to personal appointments (airport, business meetings, etc..)
• Conduct occasional tasks that are typically outside traditional security-related roles.
• Provide close protection to Principal at various venues, events, meetings and personal trips.
• Conduct advance travel and venue research work prior to scheduled appearances.
• Develop security operations plans for Principals events and travel.
• Communicate all movements and activity through the established chain of command.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be eligible for employment within the United States.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
• Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check.
  
• Previous Security, Law Enforcement or Military Experience. 
• At the time of appointment: possess a valid Oregon Armed Guard Card through DPSST.
• At the time of appointment: possess a valid Oregon CCW.
• Must possess valid Oregon driver’s license.
• Must possess the ability to communicate with varying personalities effectively and professionally.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel on short notice.

Desired Qualifications:

• Security, Law Enforcement, Military experience preferred.
• Executive Protection training, or experience.
• Extensive report writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Experience and skills in the operation of emergency vehicle driving tactics.
• Defensive tactics and handcuffing experience.
• Leadership qualities.
  
• Prior experience with surveillance/counter surveillance tactics.

Physical Requirements

• Mobility to work in the field as well as a typical office setting and use standard office equipment, stamina to remain seated and maintain concentration for an extended period
• Strength: Medium – Individual must be able to lift 50lbs at a time and contain the ability to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
