Position: Protection Specialist, Residential Security Team – Multiple Positions Available.

Salary: Residential Security Team Agent: $125,000 - $135,000 (DOE).

Job Summary:
Foresight Security Consulting is seeking dedicated residential protection specialists to join our growing security team. This role requires vigilant, detail-oriented professionals who can operate in a dynamic, multi-faceted, and multi-residence environment. All chosen applicants must reside within reasonable driving distance of Woodside, California.

Multiple Opportunities and Positions Available:

• Residential Security Team Posture – Site #1:
  • 4 on 3 off, 3 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts.

• Residential Security Team Posture – Site #2:
  • 7 on – 7 off, 12-hour shifts.

• Hybrid RST/Executive Transport Posture #1:
  • 5 on, 2 off, 10-hour shifts.

• Hybrid RST/Executive Transport Posture #2:
  • 4 on 3 off, 3 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the overall safety and security of designated principals and their properties.
• Maintain a knowledge of baseline principal, property, and neighborhood activities.
• Monitor property and area activities and conditions via closed-circuit television camera system and physical perimeter checks.
• Controlling access to properties and maintenance of security logs for guests, service personnel, and vendors.
• Screen and track mail and deliveries.
• Monitor local weather and natural disasters, traffic, public safety incidents, and local and national current events.
• Coordinate with site staff to accomplish common tasks.
• Ensure 24/7 operational readiness through stocking supplies and equipment upkeep.
• Operate within parameters established by standard operating procedures and applicable laws.
• Demonstrate proficiency in use and proper maintenance for all equipment (i.e., vehicles, medical supplies, communications devices, etc.)
• Must be flexible and open to working overtime shifts whether they are night or day shift, coming in early and staying late if needed.
• Must possess the ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.
• Must be a proactive problem solver with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess a good understanding of the latest technology in security camera systems, use of smartphones, communications, and collaboration apps (Google Drive, Word, Excel & Power Point).
• Must keep a professional appearance, have good personal hygiene.
• Must be responsive via phone call, text and email as needed to support the team.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to be personable, successfully interact with clients, superiors, peers, vendors and neighbors. 

Position Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Residential Security, Executive Protection, Military, or Law Enforcement roles.
• Valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Current certifications in American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED for Adult, Child & Infant.
• Active California BSIS Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit with a 9 mm endorsement.

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of rapid movement across the property and of physically managing individuals when necessary.
• Able to sit for extended periods, monitoring surveillance equipment, and stand for hours without breaks.
• Able to lift heavy loads up to 50 pounds and assist in emergency evacuations or physical confrontations as required.

• Advanced proficiency with security technologies, MS Office, Google Suite, and emergency communication devices.
• Excellent team collaboration, customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• High ethical standards and professionalism. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish or Sign Language.
• Advanced training in defensive tactics, surveillance countermeasures, and emergency medical support.
• Certification from a recognized Executive Protection training facility.
