What you'll do :
- Establish and track core product metrics and KPIs , including subscription uptake, renewals, LTV, and growth, to provide visibility and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on user cohorts, vintages, and usage patterns to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Proactively identify subscription churn risks , using data to inform retention strategies, personalized offers, and customer communications.
- Collaborate on promo optimization and cost analysis , evaluating the impact of promotional campaigns and providing recommendations for maximizing return on investment.
- Define and segment user personas based on data insights, enabling more targeted product development and marketing efforts.
- Analyze product funnels and user flows (e.g., onboarding, feature adoption, and A / B testing) to inform product improvements and feature prioritization.
- Support data-driven sales strategies by providing insights on course / content sales performance and upselling opportunities.
- Communicate and visualize key insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations to internal stakeholders across teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and product to drive insights and ensure alignment with business goals.

Pay Range :
Annual Salary : $63,400.00 - $95,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
