What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enrollment Coordinator/Front Desk position at Forest Charter School?
Under the direction of the Business Director, the Enrollment Coordinator/Front Desk serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families, playing a key role in driving student enrollment. This position is responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and providing information about the school to prospective families. The Enrollment Coordinator will guide new families through the enrollment process, assist with student tours, and provide follow-up communication to ensure a smooth transition into the school community.
In addition to enrollment duties, this position will also handle the reception of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, answer and direct phone calls, schedule meetings, and coordinate office activities. The Enrollment Coordinator/Front Desk will manage the school-wide food program, ensuring its efficient operation.
This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and contributing to the overall growth of the school by helping attract and support new students and families.
