- Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday OFF
- Saturday OFF
- Sunday OFF
The Dental reatment Coordinator should (but not limited to):
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.- Develop productive schedules.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- Present treatment plans and collect payments
- Arrange payment plans for patients
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification
- Ability to submit dental insurance claims electronically
- Correct and resubmit rejected or invalid insurance claims
- Knowledgeable or willingness to learn A&R for 30/60/90 aging claims
- Electronically process insurance pre-determinations when needed
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator or a similar role in dentistry
- Warm and friendly personalities are welcomed!
- Knowledge of Dental Insurance and Dental billing is a must
- Great undertanding of Dental operations
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
