We are seeking a skilled CNC Grinding Specialist to join our team at FOREST CITY GEAR COMPANY. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC OD/ID grinders to meet production and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to operate machinery as required
- Verify part quantity with the job traveler
- Make machine adjustments as required to maintain print specifications
- Load and unload machines as per the cycle time noted on the traveler
Requirements:
- 5 years job shop precision OD and ID grinding STRONGLY PREFERRED (centerless grinding not applicable)
- CNC familiarity strongly preferred
- Ability to reading blueprints
- Attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality
- Develops alternative solutions when needed
