Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and personable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality resident care and services necessary for the personal needs and comfort of our nursing home residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is prioritized.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as outlined in individual care plans.
• Cultivate positive relationships with residents, family members, colleagues, and healthcare professionals, fostering an atmosphere of respect and understanding.
• Participate in additional duties as assigned to support the delivery of quality care and services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• Current certification must be verified upon application for the position.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

This full-time opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate between $17-$18.50 per hour, with shifts available Monday to Friday, rotating weekends, and select evening and night shifts.
