We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and services necessary in caring for the comfort and well-being of our nursing home residents.
**Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will:
- Provide nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, as outlined in the established Care Plan.
- Interact with residents, family members, co-workers, and clinical staff in a non-judgmental, supportive, and calm manner.
- Act under the direction of the Charge Nurse and contribute to the inter-disciplinary team.
**Qualifications**
