Forest City Personal Care Home is seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) to oversee our Personal Care Home operations. Position Details
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Pay Rate- Negotiable DOE
- On-Call: As needed
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage all aspects of community operations to maintain excellence in care and service.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations governing personal care homes.
- Fiscal Management: Oversee budgets, approve expenditures, and manage financial reporting.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and support staff to foster a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Community Engagement & Marketing: Promote the facility through outreach efforts to enhance its reputation and growth.
- Emergency Preparedness: Be available for urgent situations, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must have a valid and unrestricted Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience: At least one year of administration experience in a Personal Care Home or similar setting.
