Role Overview/ Job Purpose: The Landscape Construction Crew Member contributes to creating outdoor living spaces by assisting in the construction of hardscape features such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other structural elements. This roles involves hands-on work with materials like stone, pavers, and concrete while ensuring each project is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction and installation of hardscape features, including patios, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and other structural elements.
- Operate tools and equipment such as compactors, saws, and skid steers to complete construction efficiently
- Prepare job sites by measuring, grading, and leveling areas according to project plants and instructions
- Follow blueprints, sketches, plans, and instructions provided by the crew leader or project manager
- Uphold safety standards by following company protocols and wearing required protective gear.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction measurements, leveling, and grading.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
