Job Overview :
Provides excellence in customer service to Forest Highlands Golf Club Members and Guests. This position provides concierge services such as shuttle driving, house cleaning, dog walking, house sitting, and other concierge requests. The primary focus of the Concierge / Residential Staff is to provide excellent and aesthetically pleasing work for all of the Members in the Club.
Essential Functions :
- Customer Service - Assist members with recreation program and service information. Provide prompt, polite and professional service to the membership (customer). Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the appropriate uniform at all times. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment.
- Concierge Tasks- Performs indoor and outdoor duties as required in order to enhance resident services.
- Examples of duties include but are not limited to :
- Housekeeping duties (Cleaning, sweep, mop, dust, laundry, vacuum, etc.)
- Elder Care (prepare meals, entertain and engage, spend time and run errands with)
- Babysitting
- Dog Walking / Pet sitting
- Grocery Shopping
- Shuttle Driving (Must be 21 or older)
- House / yard work
- Tech Help
- Moving Help
- Pine needle pick up
- Snow Removal
- Other : Attend monthly meetings and be able to complete other tasks as assigned within the Recreation Department as needed.

Equipment / Chemicals Used : 7-14-passenger vehicles (Van and Shuttle), trucks, snow blowers, leaf blowers, shovels, rakes, cleaning chemicals, etc.
Salary Description
18.75 - $20.00 per hour
