Description
A Server Assistant provides excellence in customer service to Forest Highlands Golf Club Members and Guests. The successful server assistant aids servers in the prompt delivery and removal of food and beverage items, is hospitable and cordial to guests and coworkers, acts safely and responsibly, and is knowledgeable about Forest Highlands Golf Club
Essential Functions:
Customer Service – Assist in all F&B operations. Provide prompt, polite and professional service to the membership (customer). Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the appropriate uniform at all times. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment.
Operations:
Complete any assigned duties to better serve all Forest Highlands Members. Able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Create and complete daily checklists and job duties to ensure completion.
Other:
Assist Supervisors and Managers with projects as needed.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Two years of High School or High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Previous restaurant experience desired but not required
Clean back ground check
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Must be self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
Organized, able to work in a busy environment where the priorities are changing.
Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks during busy times while working flexible hours with an enthusiastic personality.
Must be reliable.
