Position Overview
QCH is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Activity Specialists to join our After-School Programs . In this role, you will design and lead engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, and personal growth for elementary and middle school students .
We have multiple openings for specialists in the following areas :
Literacy
Theater
Sports
Music
Dance
Karate
Academics
STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math)
Leadership Development
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Leadership
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
- Lead structured activities that promote teamwork, skill-building, and creativity .
- Assist students with homework and academic enrichment .
