Forest Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is currently looking for a Full-Time Central Supply Person Monday-Friday 7a-3p and requires the ability to order, verify and deliver medical supplies to the facility as well as keeping detailed documentation.

Essential Job Functions for Central Supply
Establish and maintain medical supplies for the nursing unitOrder supplies from the vendor based on quality and costVerify supplies received for quality and amounts, labels, as directed by administratorDeliver medical supplies to the nursing unit weeklyInput all labeled medical supplies into the computer for appropriate resident billingKeep supply notebook and medical supply computer program up to date with new residents and status of residentsTrack inventory ordered and usedProvide GEC with resident utilization of incontinent products, blood glucose testing usage & medical supply reportUnderstands and maintains confidentiality at all timesDemonstrates effective time management and organizational skillsAttends meetings and in-services as requestedPerforms other duties as assignedWork within the facility budget and ordering platformsWork within a professional and positive environmentKeep areas clean and organizedCompetencies :

Education / Experience :
