Salary : $16.50-$18.00 per hour
JOB SUMMARY :
Properly cultivate landscaping in appearance and function and maintain outdoor grounds as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Landscaping
Provides detailed care of lawns, landscaping, and other areas of the grounds appearance.
Applies pesticide and fertilizer to facilities to enhance growth.
Responsible for keeping inventory and tools organized and in good condition.
Assists in snow removal and other tasks as assigned including after normal work hours.
Keep walkways safe and clear of debris and snow.
Ensuresfacilitiesis in safe workingconditionandreports potential safety issues and recommends appropriate changes.
Ensures tools and maintenance equipment are in working order and keeps maintenance buildings clean and organized.
Operate different tools and equipment such as golf carts, company vehicles, heavy equipment, forklifts, etc. in a safe manner.
