Line cook, prep menu with chef make sauces, soup, protein, farm fresh Vegetables, and starch. Prepare all station for service adjust with house counts. Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner. Keep a clean and organized station and ensure all products are prepared and ready for service. Cook menu items to Chefs specs. Know proper cook Tec necks, tempters and proper plating.
